ORDERING INFORMATION

PLACING YOUR ORDER: Please review your order carefully before you submit it. We do not change or correct the text you submit. We may correct spacing and alignment to ensure the product will print nicely; if you do not want any changes made to your text, please check the box in the in the comments section of the personalization page.

E-PROOF: Within 4 business days of PrintcessDesign.com receiving your order, you will receive an e-mail that you have an e-proof in your account. You will need to log in to your account and verify that your order is correct. Once you approve the e-proof, it will be sent to print. You are responsible to check carefully that there are no mistakes. Should any change be required, it must be entered in the e-proof comments box. If you require a new e-proof, it will be in your account within 2 business days. Your order will be shipped within 4 business days of your approval of your e-proof. Your order will not be printed until you sign your e-proof. Upon signing your e-proof, your credit card will be charged.

REQUESTING ORDER CHANGES: We can only modify your order if it has not been sent to production. Most orders are sent immediately into production, but you will receive an eproof where you will have the chance to make any necessary changes. Please check your order carefully before approving it. If you request a change after you approve your e-proof, we will make every effort to accommodate you, but we cannot guarantee any changes after approval.

SALES TAX: If you live in Quebec, you will be charged GST & QST. If you live in another province in Canada, you will be charged GST. If you live outside of Canada, you will not be charged tax.

PAYMENT/CHARGES: PrintcessDesign.com accepts Visa and MasterCard. Corporate customers may contact us to discuss other payment options. A $10.00 deposit will be charged once your order is received; the balance will be charged upon approval of your e-proof.

SHIPPING: We ship with Canada Post to destinations in Canada and the United States. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Shipping costs are based on the shipping method you choose. If we find a more cost effective way of shipping your order, we will contact you and credit your account.

Delivery times are estimated and do not include holidays and weekends. Please add 1 day for rural or non metropolitan area deliveries.

1-2 business days (Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa-Gatineau, Quebec City, Hamilton, Moncton, Fredericton)
3-4 business days (Winnipeg, Saskatoon, Calgary, Edmonton)
5 business days (St-John’s, Victoria, Vancouver)

SAVING YOUR DESIGNS: When you set up an account, you will be able to save the designs you like by clicking "Save to favourites" in order to revisit your choices.

PICTURE SUBMISSION: If you ordered an item that requires a picture, please email it to artwork@printcessdesign.com. The printing quality depends on the quality of the picture submitted. Acceptable file formats are JPEG and TIF with a minimum resolution of 150 dpi, but ideally 300 dpi. Please specify if you would like your picture changed to black and white or sepia (at no additional charge).

Permission Statement: Upon submission of your order, you represent to PrintcessDesign.com that you either own the image or that you have permission from the copyright holder or other owner to reproduce the image, and that the reproduction of the image will not violate the rights of any other person. Also, upon submission of your order, you agree to indemnify PrintcessDesign.com and defend and hold us harmless from all actions; liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or relating to: (a) our possession or reproduction of the image and (b) any breach of your representations in the previous sentence.

LOGO SUBMISSION: If you ordered an item that requires a logo, please email it to artwork@printcessdesign.com. All logo files must be jpgs with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi, or preferably a vector file such as illustrator .ai or .eps

RETURN POLICY: We guarantee our products to be delivered exactly as ordered. All of our products are personalized; therefore, once they are shipped, there are no returns. Upon approval of your e-proof, you are agreeing to the return policy of PrintcessDesign.com. Should there be an error on our part, we will correct and replace the product at our expense. Delivery dates are the responsibility of the carrier; please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you would like to cancel your order before you receive your e-proof, please email us at: info@PrintcessDesign.com or call us at 1-888-656-8933. We will credit you with the full amount as long as the order was not processed. Once an e-proof is sent, the $10 deposit is non-refundable. Upon approval of the e-proof, the balance will be charged and there are no refunds.
