Can you send me a catalogue?

Our full catalogue is online.

Can I have my return address printed on the envelopes?

Yes. You will have the option to add a printed return address during checkout. The font and colour will match the corresponding item, which you will see when you receive your e-proof.

Can I have the inside of note cards printed?

Yes. Please specify the inside text you want in the “Comments” section of the checkout process. There is $25 charge for the first 24 cards, then $0.60 per additional card.

Can I change fonts or colours of items?

The font & colour combinations are part of our designs. If you would like to order a design with a custom colour or font, there is a $15 charge per change.

How is my order printed?

All Printcess Design brand stationery is printed on a four colour digital press, unless otherwise specified.

What is an e-proof?

An e-proof is the sample of what your order looks like before it goes to print. One of our professional typesetters will design your card. You will receive an email to log onto your account to view the e-proof. At that time, you must check it carefully to ensure that it is 100% correct. If you would like to make any changes, they must be made at this point. Your order will not be sent to print until you approve your e-proof.

How do I know what my order will look like?

An e-proof is the sample of your order. It is an actual sample of your text and the layout. There is a wide variance in colour between what you see on the screen and what your item(s) will look like when printed. Printed colours may look lighter or darker than on your computer screen. All screen settings are different; every effort is made to match the screen sample to the finished product.

How do I check the status of my order?

Log onto your PrintcessDesign.com account to check the status.

How soon will I get my order?

Printcess Design brand stationery will ship out in five to seven business days from the time you have approved your e-proof. Shipping time will depend on the shipping method you choose. If you require a “RUSH” order, please e-mail us with your request. For all other brands, time until your order will ship will be mentioned in the description.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship worldwide.

How do you calculate shipping costs?

You will be charged the UPS or Canada Post rate. We ship your order using the least expensive method, unless you choose express shipping. The price you see during checkout is the approximate price; if there is a less expensive shipping method, you will be charged only that amount.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email. You can then log onto your account and track your package using the tracking link.

Which forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard. Corporate customers may contact us to discuss other payment methods.

When will I be charged for my order?

Your credit card will be charged $10 when you complete the checkout. The balance will be charged once you approve your e-proof.

Will I be charged tax?

Shipments within Canada are subject to relevant provincial and federal taxes. International shipments may be subject to local state and/or federal charges.

What is your return policy?

We guarantee our products to be delivered exactly as ordered. All our products are personalized; therefore, once they are shipped, there are no returns. Upon approval of your e-proof, you are agreeing to the return policy of printcessdesign.com. Should there be an error on our part, we will correct and replace the product at our expense. Delivery dates are the responsibility of the carrier; please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you would like to cancel your order before you receive your e-proof, please email us at info@PrintcessDesign.com or call us at 1-866-656-8933. We will credit you with the full amount provided the order was not processed. Once an e-proof is sent, please note the $10 deposit is non-refundable. Upon approval of the e-proof, the balance will be charged and there is no refund.

Is PrintcessDesign.com a secure website?

At PrintcessDesign.com, we take the security of your personal and financial information very seriously. Our customers are protected using enhanced encryption technology provided by our security certificate. Customers can rest assured that their personal information will only be used to support and enhance our relationship with them.

Will my information be shared with anyone?

Definitely not. Your privacy is always respected. Any information we collect from you is for our records only, and it will be kept in complete confidence and shared with no one.

I own a retail store. Can I purchase wholesale from Printcess Design?
